KB Digital was hired to standardize and clean up Health Affairs’ email database of 80,000+ contacts while creating the foundation for the organization’s email marketing strategy.
Before starting the initiative, Health Affairs had two outdated welcome series email automations which we re-developed and replaced. In addition, we implemented two new engagement and re-engagement campaigns.
We worked with the Health Affairs team to audit and develop a new email marketing strategy to cultivate new subscribers and engage with current subscribers. We did an overall audit of the current system, made recommendations for how to improve, and implemented new tactics.
